 Welcome to Art & Technology

Today you'll need something to write with,  a sketchbook or a piece of blank paper, a camera (your phone is fine) and Photoshop.

Breaking down the meanings of things:

What is Art And Technology?

What is Digital? 

What is Art?  How do we know if Art is successful? 

What is the difference between Art and art?

Are you more comfortable deciding what is good music or good writing? Do you feel less able to decide what is "good art"? Why do you think that is?

Activity: Go outside and get a thing. Bring back the most interesting thing that you can (that will fit inside the door to your room). You will share your most interesting found object with the class.
